* main 1 :
Seat 5: majorj3 ($7.23 in chips)
Seat 6: whowantsum ($8.26 in chips)
Seat 7: aldanjah ($4.30 in chips)
aldanjah: posts small blind $0.02
frizzly fry: posts big blind $0.05
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to aldanjah [Kd Ks]
majorj3: calls $0.05
whowantsum: calls $0.05
aldanjah: raises $0.15 to $0.20
majorj3: calls $0.15
whowantsum: calls $0.15
*** FLOP *** [Tc 2s Ah]
aldanjah: checks
majorj3: bets $0.15
whowantsum: calls $0.15
aldanjah: calls $0.15
*** TURN *** [Tc 2s Ah] [3d]
aldanjah: checks
majorj3: bets $0.25
whowantsum: calls $0.25
aldanjah: folds
*** RIVER *** [Tc 2s Ah 3d] [Qc]
majorj3: checks
whowantsum: checks
*** SHOW DOWN ***
majorj3: shows [5h 2h] (a pair of Deuces)
whowantsum: mucks hand
majorj3 collected $1.55 from pot

*main 2
Seat 3: docrock2000 (3.42 in chips)
Seat 5: majorj3 ($8.53 in chips)
Seat 6: whowantsum ($8.91 in chips)
Seat 7: aldanjah ($4.35 in chips)
Seat 8: frizzly fry ($9.88 in chips)
Seat 9: fishwork ($2.95 in chips)
majorj3: posts small blind $0.02
whowantsum: posts big blind $0.05
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to aldanjah [Qd 5c]
aldanjah: folds
docrock2000: calls $0.05
majorj3: raises $0.13 to $0.15
whowantsum: raises $0.25 to $0.30
docrock2000: folds
majorj3: calls $0.15
*** FLOP *** [Td 8h 6h]
majorj3: checks
whowantsum: bets $0.25
majorj3: folds
whowantsum collected $0.65 from pot
whowantsum: doesn't show hand

* main 3 :
Seat 4: skip821 ($9.90 in chips)
Seat 5: majorj3 ($6.91 in chips)
Seat 6: whowantsum ($10.39 in chips)

whowantsum: calls $0.50
*** SHOW DOWN ***
majorj3: shows [Qc Qs] (a pair of Queens)
whowantsum: mucks hand
majorj3 collected $4.67 from pot

* main 4 :
Seat 5: majorj3 ($8.18 in chips)
Seat 6: whowantsum ($7.66 in chips)
Seat 7: aldanjah ($3.95 in chips)

*main 5 :
Seat 1: randomdoodxy ($5.11 in chips)
Seat 2: RandomTrial ($7.65 in chips)
Seat 5: majorj3 ($7.41 in chips)

aldanjah: calls $0.20
randomdoodxy: folds
RandomTrial: folds
skip821: folds
majorj3: calls $0.15
*** FLOP *** [Ts Kd Ks]

majorj3: folds
*** TURN *** [Ts Kd Ks] [4d]

Indice 5 :

Hello Aldanjah,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to us regarding the play of 'majorj3' and 'whowantsum' you recently faced in a hand. The integrity of our site is of utmost importance to us, and we have many tools at our disposal to thoroughly investigate all suspected collusion.

The first thing we consider when determining whether or not collusion has occurred is if there is an existing relationship between the suspected players. In this case, these players live in completely different States have never shared a computer, have never played in a tournament together and have only ever played on one table together. These facts, plus other information available to us from their accounts, tells us that these players may not know each other. While not sufficient for exoneration, this is a good place to start.

Next, we look at the play of the hands themselves. In a cash game we tend to look for Best Hand Play; where only the better of the two hands are played; Pot Building, where a player holding weak cards continually raises in an effort to inflate the pot for their partner, who has strong cards; and, Squeeze-Playing (aka Whipsawing), where both players continually raise with weak hands, in an effort to force another player to fold (this becomes Whipsawing when this tactic is used in conjunction with Pot
Building).

In this case there was no suspicious play at all. Both players seemed to adopt an loose aggresive approach to the game. I have looked at all their hands together on the table and have not found any suspicious hands given their style of play. I am unable to show you any specific exonerating
hands, since they weren't shown at the table. In all cases, however, their actions were justifiable by their cards, position, or strategy.

Overall, given the lack of any previous play together, the lack of any relationship between their two accounts, and the lack of any suspicious play during this event, there is nothing to indicate that these two players are colluding in any way. I will however place notes in both player's accounts indicating this review and your concerns, and if any future suspicious play is noted between them, there will be a record of your email for reference.

Thanks again for your report and rest assured that we will thoroughly research all claims.

Thank you for choosing PokerStars.
